Before Shopify Functions came out, there's was no way to implement custom bundle discounts for Basic Shopify Plan stores. For this issue, I implemented advanced cart feature which uses product variants instead of quantities. It integrates with theme, does't change experience for website users and allows us to set the prices of each bundle ourselves.
